I had an amazing experience there. I haven't been able to get glasses in years because of limited funding. I had enough to get glasses and 3 months of contacts because of their great prices.

Michelle was incredibly helpful addressing the situation with my glasses. She walked thru my options, explained everything thoroughly and did it all with a smile.
It is great to see a store manager set a strong example of customer service. The staff is wonderful and friendly, not only with customers but with each other and it’s great when everyone is there working together and supporting one another.

Warby Parker is the only place you should ever get glasses from. Exceptional customer service. Fabulous prices. Updated my glasses script on a Tuesday, received new glasses on Thursday.
It's not often that a business lives up to its mission statement, Warby Parker is the exception, they absolutely do!
