My husband and I went into the LensCrafters store at Crocker Park in Westlake. We're repeat customers at that store. We worked with Ben. We bought 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses and Ben's customer service was outstanding. He was helpful with the selection of the frames and thoroughly explained all of the pricing options (lenses, coupons, insurance, etc.). 10 out of 10 experience!

My wife and I have always gone to lenscrafters, but this was our first visit at the crocker park location.The customer service is outstanding and we both can't say enough about Zack.His professional approach and fantastic personality made our experience well worth the visit and also made this lenscrafters are go to store.Thank you Zack for all your kindness and help.
