L&D people were AMAZING, best nurses and midwife there! But once we got put up in PP rooms the nurses weren't so nice and we're VERY pushy. One nurse was good there but everyone else seemed rude.
Also food service kinda wasn't good, lady on the phone was a bit rude, they didnt give me the amount of food I ordered.
I have been to many hospitals for myself and family over my 70+ years. St John is an excellent facility. The doctors, nurses and staff are courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate.
My brother passed away on Saturday and I couldn't say enough about the respect we received from staff. All of the ladies took care of every question his wife or I had.
