I love Stella & Shay's spa services. Their nail techs are always very kind and skilled. They have a great color selection in normal polish and in gel. They also offer a wide array of services which I appreciate. The atmosphere is very warm and relaxing.

I regret coming here. I booked Beer Run Pedi - “no polish pedicure. Nail and cuticle work, scrub and maximum callus work, relaxing massage, no polish. “ Apparently it was no cuticle work and no filing. I have to finish filing my toy nail’s myself at home 😅😅😅 as they were barely touched. The service was a joke. When I shared at the front desk that I was not happy the receptionist still asked me “ Do you want to leave a tip” are you kidding . They charged me FULL price and a tip an not even an apologies .. that was it. Terrible ugh. I hired a babysitter to watch my kid so I can take care of my nails. It was an expensive mistake

Waste of time. Got to my 6pm old fashioned pedicure appointment at 5:55. Front desk ladies were nice and asked if I needed anything multiple times!
At 6:10ish I was told “only 5 more minutes.” At 6:25 the front desk girl takes me back and the person who my appointment was with was still working on someone else. I booked the 6-7pm slot (assuming some buffer for a little tardiness) and had things to get to after, so I told them I don’t think I can stay.
We all get behind, but a half hour is too much without a warning given we all have things going on to get back to whether it’s work, family, or just time to relax. If a patron is a half hour late they are usually penalized. No one tried to reschedule me. All I got was a sorry.
EDIT: they did call to offer me a chance to come in another time so appreciate the reach out.

Had the most incredible experience with Faith for my wedding nails. We did Apres gel extensions and she absolutely nailed it after seeing some inspo pics. My nails are 2 weeks out and still look nearly perfect and as still very secure as well. As someone who works with their hands, the quality of the manicure is so important to me and Stella & Shay always knocks it out of the park!

The best salon in Cleveland! Always the greatest services by people who are simply the best in their field. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming! The salon is always super clean and just an all around positive environment. No matter who does your service you’re guaranteed to get top of the line quality! This is the only salon I go to and cannot recommend it enough!

Went in for a brow trim & tint + a blow out for the week of my wedding and it was AMAZING!!!! 🤩 not only were my brows & hair amazing for the big day but Stella & Shay has THE nicest team & the cleanest & most stunning salon space!
