I have been into this store multiple times for help with repairs to my children's instruments. The owner is always very kind and helpful, taking his time to explain things, provide advice and encourage young musicians. I would highly recommend this store!

Quick, kind, and knowledgeable associates. Got a rental viola with all of the needed accessories in less than 30 minutes for a fair price. That being said, I did not feel rushed at all! I think they would have been more than happy to sit and answer any questions I had, I was just in a hurry.

Honestly, I’ll never go anywhere else. Gentlemen counter has more knowledge on instrument than anyone I’ve ever met. The prices were good and the service was even better !
