At RE/MAX you are assured top notch training and individual support to assist in ongoing career advancement. The compensation structure is the absolute strongest in the industry offering multiple commission options to choose from. Most importantly to me has been the amazing staff under the leadership of a super broker Mark Snyder, he is approachable, genuine, direct, knowledgeable and a great mentor.

As a 21year veteran in the real estate industry whose license is held under my maiden name CARPADIS, I have explored and enjoyed the journey with various brokers: Smythe Cramer, Howard Hanna, Realty Professionals, and finally, the best for last, Re/Max Above and Beyond with Broker MARK SNYDER. Ironically, my introduction to Re/Max was my being scouted to be a Re/Max broker and office owner.
