My knee was a bone on bone for 20 years and was starting to destabilize. After treatments and some physical therapy my knee is much stronger and stable. I'm able to do activities with a lot more confidence. Thank God and QC Kinetics.
I have arthritis in my left ankle due to a major break in the joint in 2001. The pain and swelling became worse as the years went by. Being a runner and a track official, being on my feet a lot became very painful. I tried CBD oil and kinesiology tape - both were helpful but only to a point.
