    I love the privacy and the professionalism. I no longer have to worry about proper form when I lift weights and whether I’m doing more harm than good. My trainer, Mike, adjusts my routine as needed for joint issues and pain. The workouts are truly one-on-one. No one is competing for my trainer’s attention during my 20 minutes. Mike is focused on me and my workout and that is it. MaxStrength Fitness is an awesome place to work out.

    Love the program, the facility and the staff. Lyndsay is simple an outstanding personal trainer. It is a program that you can keep up with and see results. Nothing can be more important than investing in yourself and this program is a great investment.

    Jeff and his teams efforts have been a long standing part of my efforts to age well. He introduced me to HIIT and created benchmarks that I utilize when I return to Ohio to visit, since my wife and I relocated to Florida over 10 years ago. The bench marks give me goals that I strive to meet.
