The seller wanted to close just two weeks after accepting the offer, so timing was critical. I called Dave and explained the situation, and he scheduled me for the very next morning. He showed up right on time and delivered the inspection report the same day. The report itself was extremely impressive, well-organized, color-coded, detailed, and easy to understand. Dave was also very professional and friendly, and he took the time to carefully address all of my concerns. He was responsive, efficient, and thorough throughout the entire process. 100000/10 and highly recommended.

Had a great experience with my home inspection and radon testing yesterday. Dave was extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through everything he found. Dave was fantastic! When I called to get an estimate and schedule, he was booked out until past the weekend, but when he had a cancellation, he called me right back to see if I wanted it. He was on time, super professional, and very helpful. I'm a first time homebuyer, so I was worried that I wouldn't understand a lot of the inspection, but he walked me through everything and explained what everything meant (and how big of a deal they were in the scheme of things). Hopefully, I won't need any other home inspections any time soon, but if so, I would definitely use Dave again and would recommend him to others.
