Had a great experience with Dave and Lighthouse Home Inspections!!! When I first called asking for an inspection dave was friendly over the phone and very accommodating with my schedule and even scheduled an appointment on a Sunday! When we got around to doing the inspection he was again very friendly. Dave walked us through the house and was very thorough. Throughout the inspection if we had any questions or concerns he was always willing to go out of his way to explain how something worked or if it was a non issue etc. I would recommend Lighthouse Home Inspections to anyone!! Highly recommend Lighthouse and will hire again.I've used Lighthouse for several inspections and will continue using them in the future. The reason is the inspections are incredibly thorough and the reports are well written with great attention to detail. If there's a problem at the property Dave will find it.
