We had a wonderful experience with Erie Inspection while going thru the process of buying our first home. Joe was incredibly helpful, very thorough, and excellent at helping explain findings/concerns. They made the process of buying a home a bit easier- thank you Erie Inspection Service!
We recently engaged Erie Inspection Services to perform a general home inspection on a home that we are attempting to purchase. We are an out of state buyer so this is the first time we had to find & use a Cleveland based inspection company. We found their office personnel to be very professional and their scheduling very prompt.The Inspector who did our inspection was very thorough and the report was concise and detailed. We are very happy with their provided services and would recommend this company.
10/10 Highly recommend having Taylor and his team of inspectors be your service provider! These guys are fantastic. I had Inspector Joe come out and do a very thorough job, they gave us a 92 page document on our home we were buying. It helped us bring the seller information to help us negotiate and made our purchase experience more enjoyable. They even used a drone to inspect our roof and it showed a ton of detail!
