I was first appointment on a Monday morning and it was a truly great experience. The Dr greeted me, super friendly and welcoming. Dr listened and I felt connected. Highly recommend.

Anna is the best your person I've ever been to and cares about your hearing as much as you do and want you to be as comfortable as you can be with you hearing aids she is awesome I don't trust anybody else with my hearing aids except for her

The team at the Westlake Hearing Life office was excellent. I visited them for what I believe was my first ever hearing test (I’m 74 years old) and while I have not been having any issues, it was recommended to me that I was overdue to get a baseline test. I was able to set up the appointment at a convenient time for me within just a few days of calling, and the time in the office was, 30 or 40 minutes max, with conversation about my lifestyle, and where I may feel that hearing better, if needed, was an issue. I’m happy to report my hearing is still fine, but glad I took this step and plan to follow up annually to make sure things stay that way . Again… Great...read full review
