When I arrived at the Cleveland hearing in speech Center in Westlake, I was a little scared. I didn’t know what was going to happen, but they assured me with full confidence that everything was going to be fine. I got measured or measured for my hearing aid I guess had a nice conversation and I am expected back within a few weeks to pick my hearing aids up and I will post again to update that. Thank you.

Having received new hearing aids, I am very satisfied with the hearing aids and the audiologist who gave any instructions on their use

I had a great experience. The technician was very relatable and certainly knew her field of employment. She’s very knowledgeable. We talked about some options. I didn’t feel I was being pressured trying to choose between two different Hearing Aids. I asked her opinion. She suggested the cheaper one, letting me know that I could bring it back in a few months if I was unsatisfied and try the more expensive hearing aids.

I had a n Appoitment to fix me with new hearing aids.
The audiologist did not have long enough time to explain everything & felt very rushed.
The next appointment was scheduled for first review inn2 weeks time.
To me that is two much space of time as the same day I discovered things among which was that the mold was not correct
To Change it to a new one would take about 4 weeks & these 4 weeks are part of the trial period & thus reduces the trial period time.

Alivia was great with. After performing the hearing test, she thoroughly reviewed the results, went over my options for what would be next steps and assured my understanding every step of the way. I would highly recommend scheduling a consultation!
