I have been going to this salon for over 20 years and always had a good experience. Shelly is amazing. She is very professional, always willing to listen and offer new ideas as well. I have since moved out of state but continue to come back to CcSalon whenever I can. I haven’t found anyone that can do a better job on my hair.

After many tries of haircuts and coloring in salons in Boston I finally have a great haircut and color. Shelly Mongonello is incredibly talented. She studied my hair and my features and changed my look. She used a dry haircut technique and followed up with recommendations for products. I highly recommend her for a successful trip to a salon.

UPDATE: Thank you Shelly & CC family! It was a great experience & turned out for the best. I will be going back for my next appt. 5 stars for sure!!
Waited over 2 weeks for my appt., just to be canceled the day of my appt to be told there was a problem with scheduling, could I come next week. She did offer to cancel the customer that was double booked, however, I declined. Very disappointed ☹️
