Gretchen and Dr. Perry were very nice and helpful. They got me in and out and Dr. Perry let me explain my symptoms before making a diagnosis (for some reason it seems a lot of places don't really do that anymore) and clearly explained what was going on with my stomach and gave me a prescription to help. I recommend Westar Urgent Care just because of these 2 but it's also really easy to get in and out and not have to wait all day.
This was THE best urgent care experience I've ever had at my age. Even though I wasn't feeling well the experience was amazing. 1st urgent care that I felt cared and not about money. The provider I saw if he had his own general practice I would be among his first patients.
A few days ago I felt worse than lousy. Over the counter medication was a fail! I took myself to Westar Urgent Care. The team was welcoming, thoughtful, caring, and comforting. It seemed that every one working truly enjoyed what they do! I am grateful for thier knowledge! Prescriptions were prescribed and as soon as they hit my system, I felt better.
