I came to Tire Discounters for a tire rotation, rebalance, and a flat repair. When I arrived, Andrew looked at my vehicle and told me they could take care of the flat repair and rotation.
About an hour later, Austin called me and explained that my tire tread was very worn and that, because my vehicle is AWD, I would need to replace all four tires. Austin took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me make an informed decision, which ultimately led to me purchasing four new tires.

Gage and Andrew gave Amazing customer service price matching my tires and got me in and out super fast compared to competitors. Even as a Walk In on a holiday weekend at 4pm. I highly recommend the Westerville/Polaris location. The location is clean and welcoming which maybe it easy to work while waiting. No pressure on upgrading just educated on options. I look forward to visiting the Gemini/Polaris location in the fall to get another set of tires for my other vehicle.
