My first visit to the Westerville location today was excellent. There's plenty of parking, the shop is clean and obviously well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I got a great cut and left feeling happy.

I went into sports clips at around 2pm where I believe I was greeted by both Lexie who is a new employee and Jay from what my service history shows for today May 28th. It was over a year since I last had a haircut looking at a previous service so it was a struggle to explain how I wanted it cut to the new hire.
They did a great job understanding and was given training as I was both personally indecisive and the lobby was empty. Then the more experienced Jay took over once people started rolling in after. In which she gave me a hairstyle that worked out better than the previous cut that I had prior.

Jay and Elijah are both so exceptional. If you’re going in for a haircut, just a wash, or even just need a massage and a steam towel to decompress, this is the place to be. Consummate professionalism all around. Most reliable haircut you’ll find in all of Westerville!
