Decided to stop in due to tired of having bad hair days after my most recent "cut" from the Johnstown, OH location. Close parking, short wait and an AMAZING LADY STYLIST named Patsy did a very good job repairing my hair cut and making me feel like a Genuine Human inside and out. She's a gem; I hope she continues working there for years to come. I have hard to cut hair and she did better than most.

The hair cutting person was distracted and they were just arguing about something. She stopped midway so many times to talk to the other stylist… I had to remind her what she was doing and where she needed to trim more.Stopped by at 10:30 after an online appointment.There were just 2 hair stylists in the place ! There were more than 5 people waiting

Had a great haircut just the other day. So now there are three different stylists that have cut my hair and all have done a nice job. Highly recommended. These cutters know what they are doing!
