I called to book an appointment and the woman who answered the phone sounded extremely irritated to have to talk to me. After a brief conversation she actually hung up on me. She never told me her name. This was on Sunday February 5th at 1:45 pm. I will be looking elsewhere for a haircut!

The staff are just Soo kind and the service is great! My son wouldn't want to cut his hair anywhere else!! Highly recommended!!!!!

Nice place, nice people, but haircut was not good, way too short and did not follow stated instructions. Pricey for less than excellent haircut

What a brilliant experience. My son was concerned about looking and feeling professional. Shave, haircut....superb customer service. Lori talked to him about what he wanted and needed. She took her time and my son looks fantastic!!! Well done Lori!!!

This was single handedly the best barber experience that I've ever had. I just wanted a simple beard trim and shape but I didn't expect to be practically pampered. I'll be returning to get the same treatment by the same person preferably.

1st visit on 6/6/2022 with Sarah was great!Second visit on 6/18/2022 was suppose to be at 0900 with Artisa. I arrived for my appointment at 0858 and I was told to have a seat and someone would try to “fit me in.” I waited 15 minutes and decided to walk out. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, one of the employees came out to tell me someone was almost finished and could get to me. I obviously didn’t want someone “rushing” to cut my hair as they had to “fit me in” so I left.Poor communication and customer service, I likely will not be returning.Service: Haircut

Always on a special event come here with my dad to get a shave and cut. They do such a amazing job. Your face is amazingly smooth after shave too

More than just another barber shop or salon, Roosters (not to be confused with the restaurant chain with a similar name) is provides a modern, salon experience with an old fashioned feel. They provide services for all lengths of hair and beards, and though it's pricier than going to any of the value-barber chains, you very much get what you pay for.The good: excellent, customer service. Stylish location. Quality cuts.The bad: a pinch pricey (but worth it).Park around front (on the side facing Polaris Parkway). The back door isn't an entrance (it just looks like it on approach).
