We purchased an R and H patio home in the Sunbury Ohio area several months ago. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the construction and the ease of working with their customer service folks for the couple of small items that needed attention. In addition, as they are finishing up with our development, they just automatically went through the entire area making repairs to concrete sidewalks / curbs that were damaged during the construction process. No one had to ask for the repairs, they are just doing it because it is the right thing to do.
