The manager, Jon Frambes is very accommodating and a great personality. He’s been doing this for a very a long time and you can tell he knows his stuff. He cares a lot about the quality of his products and always puts his customers first. Jon would constantly come up with the innovative solutions to help us save money on our projects. He also made himself available every step of the way to make sure the work was done up to standard. We ended up replacing the flooring four different rooms and they all turned out great. We will definitely be using Jon and his team for future flooring projects!
We had 5 rooms of carpet installed last week. Veda, the store manager, took the time to explain our options and made suggestions as to the product that would meet our needs. She pointed out what was needed prior to installation and we negotiated a fair price for installation, taking out the old carpet, moving furniture and hauling the old carpet and padding away. The three man installation crew were efficient, helpful and very pleasant. They were very careful with moving the larger furniture pieces and did an excellent job in cleaning up after installation. I would recommend purchasing from Rite Rug (Veda) because of the far pricing and excellent service in the showroom and the installation.
