Good experience, can't complain. We called and left a message to request service. Casey called back the next day and got scheduled for the day after (this was a non-emergency). We had to have our main basement drain unclogged which drains out to the city sewer. He was very friendly, explained everything and worked fast. Drain flows better than ever.
We had a backed up floor drain the basement, which of course happened in the evening -- luckily the drain was running just enough that we could get by overnight. We left a message at Only Drains and got a call back from Casey first thing in the morning. Amazingly, he said they could squeeze us in that afternoon -- hooray! When he showed up and got to work, I was really impressed: it was clear that his goal was not just to do the minimum and get out of there, but he wanted to make sure that the drain was fully cleared and would be trouble free for a good while. Thanks to Casey for the quick response and a great job!
I have to tell you that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a plumber. I know that they're actually not a plumber but a drain cleaner but they did amazing job and I cannot recommend any other company higher than what I can with these guys.
