I used to think this was a wonderful office went there on January 7th at some tests done come to find out I had covid no phone call informing me I had covid and I live in the house with two other people and one of them is 15 very unprofessional of this office half the time you can't get on my chart because you keep having to put in a new password do better Northside

My daughter came to her appointment this morning before 7:30 a.m. The clerk at desk told her because she was 11 minutes late (due to traffic) her provider couldn't see her. She told her she was 1 minute past the allotted time to check in. My daughter had been to the ER recently and needed a follow up with her provider. I am a provider and see patients and I would never treat my patients this way. I am very disappointed with the way that she was treated and no available appointments to reschedule. No phone visit, nothing. Do better Northside.

The number of times I've called and left voicemails just to see a Dr. Itty. They say they'll call you back in 24 hours, but they never do. I tried for two weeks of calling and waiting and nothing. No matter the time I called, the line seemed to be busy, which I understand, so I left voicemails, but they never got back to me.

Dr Jamil was very professional and knowledgeable . He took the time to listen and responded precisely to my concerns about my health . The office staff were courteous and prompt with getting me seen through MyChart , a process ,which I’ve come to like over the years .

Dr. Itty is amazing. So caring, and so knowledgeable. Several of my family members see Dr. Itty and we all are happy with the care we receive. The office is prompt and pay close attention to my needs.

Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. The receptionist made me feel welcome from the time I arrived for my appointment. The nurse, Marla, was more than helpful, thorough, and efficient along with being extremely personable. Dr. Matt took time getting to know me and listened attentively to my concerns. His demeanor was friendly yet professional. My entire visit was an exceptionally positive experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a primary care physician.

I've always been greeted by very friendly staff members. Almost always ready at scheduled time. Dr itty takes time to ask questions about how i am doing and if i have any concerns.
