I would like to applaud the exceptional service our family received from Mr. Lance Hanners, Family Service Provider with Northlawn Memory Gardens.Preparing loved ones for funerals and burials is an overwhelming task. There is so much to do and so much I just didn't know.Although, I am quite sure I had to have gotten on his nerves asking so many questions over and over, Lance handled them with kindness, humor, and most importantly, patience.Lance, also proved to be very knowledgeable about burial services, it was easy to consider his professional opinions and recommendations.Well, all is perfectly done for my family.
