Amazing!! Much better than a cold plunge, and significantly faster. I did the cryotherapy and I will DEFINITELY be coming back every week! There are ways more options inside the location for different types of therapy than I initially thought.
One of my favorite businesses! Very relaxing vibe, and the staff treats you like family.
Try their compression therapy too! It's a personal fave - you won't regret it.
