Mike and his team were amazing to work with when we refinanced our home! The process was very smooth and transparent, and they were able to lock us in at a much better interest rate than we were paying previously. I would highly recommend them for any home purchasing or refinancing needs.

Reviews
Sarah helped my buyer client close on their first home. I have worked with a number of lenders being a real estate agent and she definitely stands out due to her quick response time, knowledge, and exceptional service & communication to the client. We had a clear to close in 15 days and the buyers were able to close a whole week sooner than expected. I will certainly recommend future clients to Sarah!
I can’t understate how great the team is at Guide. They made it so easy for me to purchase a new home. There were so many difficult things we had to deal with during the process of moving, but the loan was not one of them. It truly was a pleasure working with them.
