We had roof damage, and we contacted Great Roofing Company. Adam Faulkner, the representative, did an amazing job helping us through the process. He was professional, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. We are very happy with the service we received. Great Roofing & Restoration are absolutely phenomenal! I live in a condo and noticed three water spots happen in a couple of hours due to severe ice damming at the front entry. It was so bad that I couldn’t even open the front door as it was blocked with ice. I reached out to our HOA and they contacted Ryan immediately. Within 24 hours of my call, Ryan sent out a crew to assist us. Several men spent three hours working to remove the ice and prevent further damage. I called on a Sunday because I noticed my bathroom ceiling had a wet spot with water dripping and was worried I had a major issue on my roof. They took my information and let me know someone will reach out the next day during business hours, however later that evening Adam called, we scheduled for him to come the next day to do the roof inspection.
He came the next day and did a thorough inspection of the roof from outside and also from the attic. He did let me know he was not able to find where the leak was coming from but will continue to analyze the pictures and discuss with his boss what could possibly be the issue.
