F45 is one of my new favorite places in Westerville. The community is welcoming and so much fun. The workouts are challanging but so fun, and the owners trainers are friendly and encouraging while kicking your butt! Highly recommend F45!
I am loving F45!! If you are looking for a place for strength training, this is it! I am already feeling stronger after a couple of weeks. I love the variety of equipment, easy to follow format, and motivating instructors. Come try it for a week - you won’t regret it.
This is a fantastic place to train. Facility was clean with the added ability to shower after class. Coaching staff is knowledgeable and engaging. The class based workouts are predetermined every week. Turn off your brain and TRAIN! I highly recommend this being the place to start or continue your fitness journey!
