Made the decision to start working out but had some lower back limitations. I went to Dr. Lydia and after a few appointments using dry needling and specific exercises, I was able to start working out without pain.
I love the PT services from this office. I've been to a few PT groups in the past. Dr Steph had a different approach. She did a thorough review of my health and actions to help dig deeper and look at challenges from a broader perspective. That's been helpful for me to understand the root causes (to prevent recoccurring issues) while we also work on improving my strength. I'm making progress and have more confidence in lasting change. I love having dedicated service and not sharing a PT during my appointment. Dr Steph is super proficient and efficient with dry needling. We accomplish a lot in our sessions! Grateful for Dr Steph!
