Had emergency with hot water tank, and they came out within hours with amazing service: very knowledgeable, very clean, very kind. Very fair pricing. Anthony and Michael and Nick were awesome. We have used them for a full bathroom remodel and a hot water water tank (tankless) and they will be helping us with a drainage project. Highly recommend!
Amazing Quality Contractor, Anthony shows up on time for scheduled appointments, Fresh up to date Designs, Name brand materials and Not a Cookie cutter Company! Very Polite and True Quality Craftsmanship ? Definitely would use again for future projects!
The Elite team was really talented and great to work with. Really good people. Just like any project on an older home, there were hiccups along the way - but the team was always willing to go the extra mile to make things right.
The only negative thing I have to say about Elite is that they can sometimes be stretched thin. At one point, they lost a few people on their team and our project had stalled a little bit. Anthony and team informed us of the issue and let us know that they were working on getting some new people hired. Once they were back to staffed, they came in and finished the job promptly.
