Worst dental office I’ve ever been to they don’t keep notes and they always changing your treatment plan so that you have to pay them more money for work that was never mentioned. Gave them 2500 bucks to cover my dental work and I go in to get my tooth pulled and they don’t pull it. They come in with another treatment plan talking about I need to pay 1300+ more dollars. For some work that they didn’t tell me three weeks prior when I had a cleaning that I needed to have done Didn’t happen one time this happened on multiple occasions, and they never seem to care about there fault or the time that you took off work and money that you’re missing in order to make the appointments. I am so disgusted at this dental office and then I asked them how can I get my $2500 back they tell me it takes six weeks for me to get my money back I’ve never said I hated a place but I True Hate this place

They do not pay for your outstanding dental bills. Not sure why I’m paying this company because they are definitely not involved in insurance.
