I woke up on a Sunday morning with pain and stiffness in my lower back. Could not bend over , lift, or walk normal. By Thursday , no improvement. Went to see Zach on Friday, he suggested Neuromusculat Therapy to focus on getting me fixed. After 45 minutes, I could touch my toes and walk without pain! Continued to get back over the next few days. I recommend Zach if you need a secession for pain relieve!

Best at what he does around here. I go in when I feel beat up, in pain, or just having issues with recovery. Zach asks questions to get to the underlying issues and works on it. He’s helped relieve sciatica for me in the past, hip pain, and general muscle soreness.
