Assurance Air is trustworthy and goes the extra mile to access your own personal situation! We hired them 5 years ago to do some maintenance on our electric heat pump. Fast forward to this week, and we had Mike come out again to access our failing unit. He took the time to see when the last time was he came out, and came in the door knowing the exact age of our unit based on his records from five years prior! We are looking into switching over to a gas furnace and he was very helpful explaining the different steps, and how to best do it in a cost-effective manner.
