I will not support a company that promotes harassment to their employees. Being a young person joining the customer service work force is difficult as we all have walked that uncomfortable journey once and they need guidance, patience and direction. What they do NOT NEED to be degraded of their anxiety and social skills. They are just starting out. Learning. Gaining the knowledge and experience to make strides in their professional career. They also don't need the West Milton Optical owner telling a young fresh out of college young woman that he only hired her for eye candy and she smelled good and eventually he would hire someone younger. GROSS! Using your position of power in this way is disgusting and you do not deserve it. You should be ashamed!
