Customers highly recommend this eye doctor's office, praising the thorough exams, caring staff, and the ability to accommodate patients with disabilities.
I had a pretty serious eye situation that developed overnight and called first thing in the morning. Not only did they see me that day they continued looking into my situation with eye tests, listened carefully to my symptoms, did a number of images, they explained everything they were doing and why along the way. They kept going until they found the diagnosis and made a referral to a specialist and are in the process of trying to get me in as quickly as possible. They are a great team and really care about the eye health of their patients. I highly recommend them for all your eye care...from routine eye exams and glasses all the way to specialized care!
The lady at the front desk check-in was very curt asking for my insurance card and had a nasty frown. But Dr. Hoying and the sweet lady that helped me pick glasses ( long brown hair, glasses, was wearing a boot) were wonderful. Had a decent supply of cute frames. Pricy but good quality.
Always get excellence in care.my only complaint is price of glasses after insurance. Knowing everything is more, more, more for 80 and on SS and every goverment program I can qualify for, no way can I pay almost 500.00 as my share. But gonna see what would be with my old frames? It never in 10 yrs cost me more than 180.00!
