Primary Eye Care Inc. is a business that provides excellent customer service. Staff members are extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Doctors, such as Dr. Andrew Roy and Dr. Luthman, are phenomenal in their diagnosis and treatment of patients. Visits are prompt and staff takes the time to explain everything well. Patients feel valued and not just treated as numbers. The optician is skilled in fitting new glasses. The business is willing to accommodate same-day appointments for urgent issues. Overall, Primary Eye Care Inc. is a good experience that is highly recommended.
Everyone was great, Tony did great with the pretest, Ty was very interactive with my son, Tammy was very helpful with our glasses decisions and Denika keep checking up on us the whole time to make sure we was doing good. Today was a great experience at the Huber Heights store and we will come back again.
The entire experience with our grandson’s appointment went very well, Even though we got our appointment date wrong and wasn’t scheduled until the next morning, they were able to get us in, thank you to the young man for being so patient and helpful to our grandson with his exam. Tammy for being so helpful in helping our grandson select his favorite two pair of glasses. And in making sure we received all of our discounts. See you guys next year 😊
First, I went into Americas Best by chance, stopping at Petsmart and seeing them next door. I encountered Tammy, she was outstanding! After speaking with her I felt compelled to set my exam and was surprised to get in the next day! Once in Tammy again assisted me and then turned me over to Denika, who made me feel very comfortable selecting my frames and lenses, explaining why she suggested each option! Then Marci finished up my order and again put to rest any concerns I might have still had!
