Primary Eye Care Inc. is a business that provides excellent customer service. Staff members are extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Doctors, such as Dr. Andrew Roy and Dr. Luthman, are phenomenal in their diagnosis and treatment of patients. Visits are prompt and staff takes the time to explain everything well. Patients feel valued and not just treated as numbers. The optician is skilled in fitting new glasses. The business is willing to accommodate same-day appointments for urgent issues. Overall, Primary Eye Care Inc. is a good experience that is highly recommended.
Everyone to whom I came into contact with wad extremely helpful and my Dr Andrew Roy, was phenomenal in his diagnosis of my symptoms and they way he treated me was so wonderful. Thank you to the staff for all of your help!!!!
Pleasant people. Explained everything well. Overall it was a good experience, like I was a valued customer and not just a number. And the optician took the time to fit my new glasses to me. She didn’t just hand them to me and let me go.
I was experiencing some trouble with my right contact lens as it was irritating my eye. They said they could see me the same day and I was completely and utterly surprised at that, not being an established patient. Needless to say, I’m going to be their patient from now on.The staff and Dr.Luthman were extremely nice and courteous.I highly recommend Primary EyeCare Associates.
