Brian is awesome at what he does, quick responses, more than fair pricing, and very transparent. He's definitely our go to source for any HVAC and plumbing here in West Liberty.
Brian is quick to respond to your needs and is willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Our garbage disposal went out late at night and he was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. He has a stock of disposals on his truck making it a quick stop at the house. He was in an out in about an hour and left our house cleaner than what it was before. In the past, we've run into plumbing problems and Brian was willing to talk to me on the phone late at night to help me diagnose an issue over the phone. Brian is very knowledgeable. I was very pleased that he returned call in good time. Our problem was not an emergency so he dud not have to rush over. He did however come in just a few days. He fixed our 2 problems very quickly and efficiently.
We will absolutely call him again.
