We had a 1983 Geothermal system that had to be replaced. We went to a brand new thermostat, AC, heat pump and propane system. Fantastic company to work with, on time, professional, neat, gave us 3 options to choose from. Sean listened to our needs and concerns. He took the time to explain everything and walk us through the new system. When the guys came to hook up the propane tank, they even complimented Sean on the gas line installation! If you need heating or cooling we recommend High Point!

I have used High Point Heating and Cooling for 10 years. They are great to work with! My furnace started to have issues and Sean tried to help me by babying it along. It finally bit the dust but I got a few extra years out of it. Sean was always honest about it , knowing it was going to die I was able to save up money to buy a new one. It was installed quickly. I highly recommend them.

I was looking to establish business with a small, local HVAC company, and glad I went with Hi Point. Called them in the morning and got a return call within an hour. When the Tech arrived, he explained everything he was doing, and was thorough with his investigation. He didn't just show up and pump refrigerant into the A/C system. Checked for leaks and blockage and offered suggestions to keep the system running properly. I'll be using Hi Point again when needed. Highly recommended!
