My first time at the Ulta salon in West Chester. My appointment was with Leah. She was amazing! She took time to make sure my highlight and color would look exactly the way I want. Bringing out swatches to show me . Never had anyone do that before. She nailed it and the cut as well! Thank you Leah
The staff at Ulta has been absolutely amazing. Especially Leah, who took her time to recommend multiple hair products to help me recover from severe chemical damage from another salon. She took the time to listen, examine my hair and handpick product specifically to help my hair recover. I highly recommend Ulta for skin and hair care needs!
I came into town for a sports tournament with my son last weekend & stopped in to this location on a whim. I’ve gotta say, I think this is the friendliestand most helpful Ulta staff I’ve encountered. The store itself was extremely well stocked. All Ultras should take note because you all are doing it right! A+
