The staff was generally friendly, and Meredith did an excellent job on my son's hair. However, there was an issue with the system, which changed our appointment to 15 minutes earlier. As a result, the reception staff thought we were late, and we almost weren’t able to be seen. Fortunately, I was able to show email and text confirmation that we weren’t late, allowing us to be seen despite a wait. I understand that this wasn’t necessarily anyone’s fault, and it was clear that there was a lot of stress due to how busy it was.
Jamie is always so friendly, takes her time to cut each child’s hair while socializing with child(ren) and parent, makes sure the kid(s) are comfortable and happy. All staff are quick to clean up and restock lollipops, stickers, balloons. The floor game is always a hit!
Abbi was fantastic at giving my 10 month old his first haircut! I highly recommend her. The place overall was unorganized with scheduling. I made an appointment for 2:30, arrived at 2:20, at 2:45 I asked for an update as I was still waiting, they told me I was next but someone who came in after me was seen before me. Not sure of the circumstances surrounding that, but it was frustrating waiting 25 minutes after my scheduled time and watching multiple people come in after me but seen before me.
