These people fixed my AC unit in just a few minutes and gave me some recommendations about my filter. They got the job done and just in time for the heat wave. I hope they come out and do more work if needed. Like maintenance on heater this fall. They actually worked around my schedule which many people in business don't know how to do anymore. Great job Climate Zone for just helping to solve my HVAC problems. Thank you for your service!
Knowing this was a small business, I expected longer turnaround times. I was recommended to them by a friend and was told to leave a message but should receive a call back shortly, and I did! Becca and Amy were patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. They knew I was a first time home owner, and answered all my questions with compassion. They worked with my hectic schedule and showed up well within the window given. Thank you again!
I filed a claim with home warranty yesterday and they contacted me on that same day and came out the next day and my air was back working. Female was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing.
