“Dealt with Laura, I cannot say enough about how amazing this experience was. She adjusted her day to deliver when I found out my wife wasn't going to be home and Laura was afraid of the cold weather. Add to that she had messaged while assembling the order she realized they were out of a couple flowers and asked if it was OK to sub something.
