“I am so impressed with Cleveland Flower Walls! I booked them for a flower wall for my wedding on October 18th. Denisha was super communicative during the whole planning process, even sending me progress pictures of the wall along the way. The wall was set up first thing in the morning on wedding day and it looked stunning! It was the perfect backdrop for my Persian ceremony that my mom and her sisters officiated. “Found this shop online when looking for a local business to deliver a birthday gift to my friend. I live out of state so I ordered a floral arrangement and balloon to be delivered. They attempted to deliver on the day that I requested but no one was available to receive it so they tried again on the next business day--the lady I spoke to on the phone said they would make a fresh arrangement to be delivered Tuesday since they were closed Sunday and Monday. Very happy with the arrangement and the customer service!! Love that the note I wanted to add was handwritten. Really nice touch!!“
