“This is one of the best AF locations I have been to. Very clean, great range of equipment, good layout, and convenient location. I had two options while visiting my family within a similar driving distance, and I preferred this location because it was so good. I was especially happy about the range of kettlebells and the 3 racks for barbell lifts, which is better than a lot of the locations I have visited.”
“Love the workout, the staff are awesome, and general health & strength has increased through this program.”
“I’ve been going to LiveFit for almost a decade and it’s changed my life, especially John Zam. I’ll only ever listen to him when it comes to training, my health, or massage therapy. Dude was voted Best in Toledo for a reason. Game changer if you put in the effort.”
