I've been training at My Fitness Answer for months, and the transformation has been phenomenal. Not only have I achieved my initial fitness goals, but I've also surpassed them thanks to my trainer's expert guidance. My trainer is knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly supportive. So happy to have “My Fitness Answer” back in the area. In the past, the trainer did wonders with my husband, who is disabled, helping him to increase his strength, his stability, his stamina and agility. We tried other personal trainers when the business left the area but nothing could compare to the quality of training Scott received. Being able to workout again with the trainers here leaves us excited to again watch Scott’s improvements in all areas.

They personalize the training regime to help me target and then achieve my fitness goals.
