Based on the reviews, Mercy Health Urgent Care has a very friendly and caring staff. The team creates a welcoming atmosphere and builds great rapport with patients. The office is clean, and the doctor and nurse are helpful, listening to and addressing concerns. Patients felt they were not treated like a number. The staff is also accommodating, helping with the kiosk and explaining everything clearly. Quick action was taken for back pain, making the visit a pleasant experience with no long wait times. This location is recommended over others for urgent care needs.
Receptionist & medical assistant were friendly and welcoming.
The care provider on duty (Andrew PA-C) was personable and professional.
The procedure I came in for took quite a bit more time and care than was expected but I was given all the time and attention to detail that was needed without being made to feel rushed.

The office had a huge air of welcome and enthusiasm for caring about people! The nurse and prescribing doctor created great rapport in such a short visit, one of my favorite medical visits ever!
Very nice staff and professional. Everything was clean and very welcoming. The doctor and nurse were very helpful and I felt like they did their best to help me. I recommend them now that they are Mercy.
