Based on the reviews, Mercy Health Urgent Care has a very friendly and caring staff. The team creates a welcoming atmosphere and builds great rapport with patients. The office is clean, and the doctor and nurse are helpful, listening to and addressing concerns. Patients felt they were not treated like a number. The staff is also accommodating, helping with the kiosk and explaining everything clearly. Quick action was taken for back pain, making the visit a pleasant experience with no long wait times. This location is recommended over others for urgent care needs.
I was at a promedica urgent care and the wait was going to be forever…I decided to go the extra mile to Waterville Mercy Urgent Care and it sure did pay off…the visit was quick and easy…Candy was my CNP and Kyle was the medical assistant that checked me in…both were very professional and I would highly recommend this Urgent Care facility…you will be happy you came! Thanks again!
Andrew was probably one of the most thorough and intelligent providers I have ever visited. He gave solutions for what I came in for and also made recommendations on some other things he noticed. Highly recommend stopping in to see him.
Receptionist & medical assistant were friendly and welcoming.
The care provider on duty (Andrew PA-C) was personable and professional.
The procedure I came in for took quite a bit more time and care than was expected but I was given all the time and attention to detail that was needed without being made to feel rushed.
