I had an emergency situation and Summers was here within hours. My technician Chad Brown was able to resolve the issue quickly. He explained everything in detail. I also had him look at something another plumber said could not be fixed and he was quickly able to take of it as well. Very happy with the service provided.
I truly appreciated the service that Josh provided. He reviewed the problem, provided a solution and returned today to replace my water softener. While he was working on the replacement, he identified another issue that would have become a big problem in short order. He recommended the replacement which I was willing to have done.
