Great experience. Overall 9/10. I had two cleans in total. My first cleaning, I was very pleased with but had some discrepancies with some areas missed and felt like the lack of communication to rectify my dissatisfaction was not handled properly. I felt like when I initially called to explain my woes, there was a blame that shifted to me which caused me some confusion and some irritation. I was patient at first to have my issue resolved and became irate as I realized the problem more than likely was not going to be resolved unless I shed some light on it. Excellent service & very effective on all the pet stains I had them pretreat before they started. They are also very friendly & courteous.

I would highly recommend this cleaning company, their staff is always punctual and polite and their rates are very reasonable. I was amazed by the quality of service I received from this company, their attention to detail is remarkable and the results were outstanding! I always request Allen and Keith, They do not disappoint!
