“Great experience. Overall 9/10. I had two cleans in total. My first cleaning, I was very pleased with but had some discrepancies with some areas missed and felt like the lack of communication to rectify my dissatisfaction was not handled properly. I felt like when I initially called to explain my woes, there was a blame that shifted to me which caused me some confusion and some irritation. I was patient at first to have my issue resolved and became irate as I realized the problem more than likely was not going to be resolved unless I shed some light on it. Once doing so, Alan called me, again ALAN CALLED ME (I love that as the customer) and we went over my issue, to which he has the communication skills of an angel. He was not upset or agitated when he spoke with me but handled our conversation as if it were my first time booking with their company. He asked me when to rectify it and based on MY convenience which was great! We scheduled the appointment, he called me before arrival and his crew showed up and did the job amazingly by the way. I hate I didn’t get names but everyone was very friendly, you would think after a complaint there would be a sense of tension or anger but they communicated with me and asked me if there was anything else that I needed to which they had already fulfilled my needs perfectly. The customer service and the problem solving on Alan and his teams end was great! (Not Keith’s 😡….just kidding….maybe😂) Will definitely be booking with them again if they allow me to, just hand Alan the phone though, thanks! 😂😊❤ ~ A SATISFIED CUSTOMER“

“Fabulous cleaners! Our house was cleaned by Vanessa and Patty. Incredibly professional and efficient cleaners. My first cleaning was two hours as the cleaners were introduced to what needed to be cleaned by a supervisor. Next cleaning will be 1 1/2 hours.am very happy with SuoerMaids!“
