having issues with the running of our Furnace. Called and were able to get a next day appointment. Service Technician Rafael was very knowledgeable and through in checking our furnace with the issues we were having and also answered all of our concerns. Were very pleased with the serivce we received and will use WF Hann and Sons in the future.

Very satisfied with service by WF Hann. Scott really stands by his work. He came back on July 3 ( not regular working hour) due to a leaking problem in the downstairs condo. It still hasn’t been resolved, water is still leaking. Scott assured me that it is not my unit. A check of the adjacent service closet will hopefully be done tomorrow. Scott and Rafael returned last Thursday because the resident downstairs said the air conditioner was still leaking. They investigated many possibilities and finally concluded that it was not leaking. Rafael went downstairs to look at the wet spaces. He concluded that my ducts were right above the downstairs ones and that my cold ducts caused condensation on his warm ones and that was the source of the moisture.

Repair person was friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issue with ac quickly. However out of his control is charging $250 for less than a half hours work is outrageous.
